Given the group’s corporate structure, the coordinated

management of its activities is based on a structure

of seven business units and seven corporate areas

providing support functions to all business units.

In 2014, as a result of the new activities carried out

by the company, specifically by BME Clearing, the

business units were redefined.

The Equity and Fixed Income units now encompass

activities which were previously in the Listing unit. A

Clearing unit has also been created and includes the

clearing and central counterparty activities offered by

BME Clearing and which were previously part of the

Derivatives business unit.
